The clip opens with Gina being carried in and sat in a chair. Ivan rips the tape off her mouth and begins to stuff a larger wad of cloth in her mouth but she spits it out. He finds that to be a challenge and fights with her to keep the stuffing in until he can wrap vet wrap around her head. He places a sponge over her mouth and continues to wrap until she is quiet. He ties her ass up and then before he steps out, a little more stuffing is taped over her mouth and duct tape wrapped around her head.
